With this option, you will just be responsible for transporting your pet to and from our partner vet hospitals and Starwood will handle the following for you:
- Booking the vet appointment with our partner vet offices
- Pre-filling the health certificate
- Pay the vet fees for this appointment
- Our partner vet will submit the documents electronically to the USDA using VEHCS
- USDA endorsement fees
- FedEx label & fees to send the endorsed documents back to us
